    Description

    Kitty Collier comes from Robert Tonner.  This is the 18" version, copyright 2000.  She is in excellent condition and all original, with the exception that her shoe elastic is loose.  She is possibly from the May 2001 Region 4 Conference.  Please note the pictures.
