Pair of 925-Stamped Sterling Silver And Amethyst Earrings Approx. 3/4 Inch in Length I purchased these at the Museum Store in Salta Argentina 12 yrs ago, and have never worn them. They are stamped 925. The total length including the hook is about 3/4 of an inch. The round sterling and amethyst part that hangs down (dangly but not "swinging") is approx. 3/8th inch round (and isn't flat, it extends out pyramid-shaped) and the amethysts are about 3/16th inch round. The hooks are a nice solid gauge and latch closed in the back for added security. They could do with a nice jewelry cloth cleaning to really bring out the sheen.

A very sweet pair of earrings, would make a lovely present!
