Rare Vintage 1960’s Handmade Guatemala? Silver Heart & Bird Earrings

My mother purchased these earrings in the early 1960’s when my father was stationed in Central America. You can see that quite a bit of labor went into these earrings. The images look to be hand stamped and the dangles, hanging from the bottom, are constructed from folded metal. The earwires and dangles look to be made out of sterling silver. The main portion, heart and bird do not look like sterling silver and are likely made out of 900 silver or something like. They are unsigned.

Heart Earring: Length 2-1/8” inches, Width 1-1/16” inches
Bird Earring: Length 2-3/4” inches, Width 1-1/16” inches
