    This is a beautiful pair of earrings.  They are 24k double gold plated over tin alloy.
    Only nobles, clergy and persons of high statues could wear gold of this magnitude.  This represents a circle, which represented the sun, it protected the noble.  It also was used to reflect the sun's rays into the abode and the fire for added light at night.  Some shaman's used this type of figure as a transmeditational device which allowed them to have out of body experiences and fly through the galaxy.
